- Deliver exceptional sales experiences to boutique visitors, fostering long-term relationships and achieving sales targets.
- Collaborate with the Boutique Manager and Breguet management to ensure high service standards.
- Invite clients to local events related to the Breguet brand universe and participate actively.
- Support colleagues by preparing invoices, gifts, and packaging.
- Handle inquiries promptly and regularly via online, email, and phone channels.
- Develop and maintain high-level sales techniques and horological expertise.
- Actively participate in boutique maintenance, including updating product displays and props.
- Understand and adhere to all operational and security guidelines.
- Ensure the safety and regular maintenance of timepieces.
- Experience in luxury retail or high-end hospitality sales.
- Commitment to excellent customer service and attention to detail.
- Entrepreneurial spirit for developing business acumen and building long-term client relationships.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
- Intellectual curiosity and passion for learning.
- Strong interest in fine watchmaking and the art of living.
- Proficiency in English is desirable.
