1. Coordinate daily production activities within the assigned production cell, including Preparation-Dispatch, Bracelet Fitting, and Decal Application.
2. Implement necessary actions to achieve the objectives of the production cell.
3. Manage production personnel, including first-level supervision, conducting corrective interviews, participating in recruitment, and enforcing company regulations.
4. Handle administrative management tasks such as vacation approval and absence management.
5. Propose improvements to enhance production activities.
6. Participate in defining and achieving the objectives of the production cell.
7. Serve as the technical reference for the cell's activities.
8. Lead daily closure sessions for the production cell and participate in overall closure meetings.
9. Engage in continuous improvement and production management initiatives.
10. Ensure effective communication between production and support functions such as Methods, Quality, and Scheduling.
11. Contribute to the training plan for new employees.
12. Assist in the deployment of new products and processes/equipment.

1. Technical education related to the watchmaking industry.
2. 2-3 years of experience as a Manager or Coordinator in the watchmaking sector.

1. Fluency in French; knowledge of an additional language is advantageous.
2. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
3. Proficiency in coordinating production activities and processes.
4. Ability to propose and implement improvements.

2-3 years of managerial or coordination experience in the watchmaking industry.

Technical education in watchmaking or a related field.
