Breguet Production Coordinator

- Coordinate daily production activities within the assigned production cell, including Preparation-Dispatch, Bracelet Fitting, and Decal Application.
- Implement necessary actions to achieve the objectives of the production cell.
- Manage production personnel, including first-level supervision, conducting corrective interviews, participating in recruitment, and enforcing company regulations.
- Handle administrative management tasks such as vacation approval and absence management.
- Propose improvements to enhance production activities.
- Participate in defining and achieving the objectives of the production cell.
- Serve as the technical reference for the cell's activities.
- Lead daily closure sessions for the production cell and participate in overall closure meetings.
- Engage in continuous improvement and production management initiatives.
- Ensure effective communication between production and support functions such as Methods, Quality, and Scheduling.
- Contribute to the training plan for new employees.
- Assist in the deployment of new products and processes/equipment.
- Technical education related to the watchmaking industry.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Manager or Coordinator in the watchmaking sector.
- Fluency in French; knowledge of an additional language is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in coordinating production activities and processes.
- Ability to propose and implement improvements.
2-3 years of managerial or coordination experience in the watchmaking industry.
Technical education in watchmaking or a related field.
