1. Coordinate daily production activities within the assigned unit
2. Implement actions necessary to achieve unit objectives
3. Manage production staff, including first-level supervision, disciplinary meetings, recruitment participation, and enforcement of company regulations
4. Handle management administration such as vacation approvals and absence management
5. Propose improvements for activities
6. Participate in defining and achieving unit objectives
7. Act as the technical reference for unit activities
8. Lead daily closure meetings for the unit and participate in overall closures
9. Engage in continuous improvement and production management initiatives
10. Ensure effective communication between production and support functions (Methods, Quality, Scheduling)
11. Contribute to the training plan for new employees
12. Participate in the deployment of new products and processes/equipment

1. Technical training related to watchmaking

1. Fluent in French; knowledge of another language is an asset

2-3 years of experience as a Manager/Coordinator in the watchmaking industry
