- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues.

- Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner.
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align HR practices with business goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR role within the luxury goods or watchmaking industry.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
