1. Manage the complete payroll cycle for approximately 200 employees autonomously and in collaboration with the HR team.
2. Administer personnel files, employment contracts, absences, and leave, including onboarding, transfers, permits, and offboarding.
3. Ensure compliance with local, federal, and collective labor agreement regulations regarding payroll and labor law.
4. Provide employee support by addressing inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies, including pension funds, compensation, unemployment, and health and accident insurance.
5. Prepare monthly reports related to HR indicators for the brand and the group.
6. Propose and participate in the optimization of administrative processes and HR projects.

1. Possess a specialized education in Human Resources.
2. Hold significant experience in a similar role, ideally within an industrial and/or luxury sector environment.

1. Proficient in HRIS systems, time management systems, and office software packages.
2. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of confidentiality.
3. Positive disposition with a pragmatic and fair approach to problem-solving.

Significant experience in a similar HR role, preferably within an industrial or luxury sector environment.

Specialized education in Human Resources.
