1. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and installations, including compressors, ventilation, vacuum systems, refrigeration units, electrical systems, and plumbing, through a structured maintenance plan.
2. Diagnose malfunctions and perform necessary repairs to ensure optimal performance of installations.
3. Coordinate and oversee external contractors.
4. Perform performance tests and leak checks to ensure systems comply with quality and safety standards.
5. Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and prepare detailed reports on interventions.
6. Participate in on-call service duties.
7. Lead CVSE projects focusing on sustainability, compliance with standards, or optimization within scheduled timelines.

1. Possession of a technical building CFC or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.

1. In-depth knowledge of CVSE systems and current standards.
2. Proficiency in using computer tools and the ability to read and interpret technical plans.
3. Valid driver's license.

A minimum of three years in a similar position, demonstrating expertise in building systems maintenance and project management.

Technical building CFC or equivalent qualification.
