1. Oversee daily operations of the boutique and concession to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

4. Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
5. Coordinate with marketing and merchandising teams to implement promotional activities.
