Breguet Boutique Manager

- Lead and motivate a sales team, ensuring comprehensive training in product knowledge, customer service, and brand values.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance feedback, defining clear targets and responsibilities.
- Evaluate and support team development through ongoing training in luxury retail and selling techniques.
- Anticipate turnover and lead recruitment efforts for new staff.
- Manage team roster, vacations, and overtime.
- Ensure an exceptional client experience in the boutique, achieving sales targets through effective follow-up with clients.
- Propose and execute local activation events, generating ROI in alignment with the Brand Universe.
- Develop strategies with Brand Manager and HQ teams to foster genuine client relationships.
- Deliver world-class customer service, offering bespoke consultations and personalized shopping experiences.
- Maintain boutique operations, ensuring cleanliness, visual displays, and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and HQ teams regarding product deliveries and special collections.
- Oversee cash handling, reporting, and administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy.
- Track sales performance and customer feedback, reporting on KPIs and sales trends.
- Represent the brand at local events and develop relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
- Previous team management experience in luxury retail, preferably within watchmaking, jewellery, or high-end fashion.
- Proven track record in leading successful teams and driving sales in a competitive environment.
- Strong background in customer relationship management.
- Collaborative approach with a 'can do' attitude.
- Entrepreneurial spirit to develop business and client relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Deep knowledge of the luxury watchmaking industry.
- Ability to foster relationships with VIP clients.
