1. Oversee daily operations of the boutique to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
3. Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a luxurious shopping experience for clients.
4. Manage inventory levels and ensure the availability of key products.
5. Develop and implement strategies to increase foot traffic and sales.
6. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and events.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
8. Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury sector.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Proficiency in inventory management and sales reporting.
5. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
