1. Oversee daily operations of the boutique to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
3. Manage and motivate a team of sales associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
4. Ensure the boutique's visual merchandising aligns with brand standards and enhances the customer experience.
5. Maintain inventory accuracy and manage stock levels to meet customer demand.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote brand loyalty and repeat business.
7. Coordinate with marketing and events teams to organize in-store promotions and events.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably in the watch or jewelry sector.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
3. Excellent understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
4. Proficiency in inventory management and merchandising.

1. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Proficiency in using retail management software and CRM systems.
4. Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail management is required.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
