1. Oversee daily operations of the boutique to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
2. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Lead, mentor, and motivate the boutique team to deliver exceptional service and maintain brand standards.
4. Manage inventory levels and ensure the accurate and timely replenishment of stock.
5. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
6. Coordinate with marketing and merchandising teams to execute promotional activities and visual displays.
7. Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably within the watchmaking or jewelry sectors.

5. Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
