1. Oversee daily operations of the boutique to ensure a seamless customer experience.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
3. Manage inventory levels and ensure the boutique is well-stocked with current collections.
4. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
5. Maintain the boutique's visual merchandising standards to reflect the brand's luxury image.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
7. Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics to inform business decisions.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably within the watchmaking or jewelry sector.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
3. Excellent understanding of luxury retail operations and customer service.
4. Proficiency in inventory management and sales reporting.
5. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
