1. Oversee daily operations of the boutique to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the boutique to reflect the brand's luxury image.
4. Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability.
5. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
6. Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics to guide business decisions.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably within the watch or jewelry sectors.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.
