- Deliver exceptional customer experiences to build long-term relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the Boutique Manager and team to ensure high service standards.
- Engage customers by inviting them to local events and participating actively.
- Support colleagues in preparing invoices, gifts, and packaging.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and efficiently through various communication channels.
- Maintain and develop advanced sales techniques and horological expertise.
- Participate in boutique maintenance, including updating product displays and adhering to operational guidelines.
- Lead the boutique team in the absence of the Boutique Manager, communicating goals and assigning tasks.
- Assist in planning team development and training, and contribute to recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Analyze staff appearance and behavior to ensure compliance with brand and boutique standards.
- Experience in sales within a luxury boutique or high-end hospitality.
- Initial experience in personnel management is desirable.
- Commitment to excellent customer service and attention to detail.
- Entrepreneurial spirit to develop business acumen and customer relationships.
