1. Provide exceptional customer experiences to build long-term relationships and achieve sales targets.
2. Collaborate with colleagues and support the Boutique Manager to ensure high service standards.
3. Engage with potential clients and owners through timely and consistent communication.
4. Invite clients to local events and participate actively.
5. Assist colleagues with invoice preparation, gift wrapping, and packaging.
6. Handle inquiries promptly and regularly via online, email, and phone.
7. Maintain and develop advanced sales techniques and horological expertise.
8. Participate in boutique maintenance, including updating product displays and props.
9. Understand and adhere to all operational and security guidelines.
10. Ensure the safety and regular maintenance of watches.
11. Lead the boutique team in the absence of the Boutique Manager by clearly communicating goals, responsibilities, and procedures.
12. Support the training and development of boutique team members.
13. Assist in recruiting potential candidates and organizing onboarding and training.
14. Analyze staff appearance and behavior in line with company and boutique guidelines.

1. Experience in sales within a luxury boutique or high-end hospitality environment.
2. Initial experience in personnel management is desirable.
3. Commitment to excellent customer service and attention to detail.
4. Entrepreneurial spirit to develop business acumen and build long-term client relationships.
5. Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a 'can-do' attitude.
6. Intellectual curiosity and passion for learning.
7. Strong interest in fine watchmaking and the art of living.
8. Proficiency in English is desirable.
