Breguet Assistant Boutique Manager

- Provide exceptional customer experiences to build long-term relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support the Boutique Manager to ensure high service standards.
- Engage with potential clients and owners through timely and consistent communication.
- Invite clients to local events and participate actively.
- Assist colleagues with invoice preparation, gift wrapping, and packaging.
- Handle inquiries promptly and regularly via online, email, and phone.
- Maintain and develop advanced sales techniques and horological expertise.
- Participate in boutique maintenance, including updating product displays and props.
- Understand and adhere to all operational and security guidelines.
- Ensure the safety and regular maintenance of watches.
- Lead the boutique team in the absence of the Boutique Manager by clearly communicating goals, responsibilities, and procedures.
- Support the training and development of boutique team members.
- Assist in recruiting potential candidates and organizing onboarding and training.
- Analyze staff appearance and behavior in line with company and boutique guidelines.
- Experience in sales within a luxury boutique or high-end hospitality environment.
- Initial experience in personnel management is desirable.
- Commitment to excellent customer service and attention to detail.
- Entrepreneurial spirit to develop business acumen and build long-term client relationships.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a 'can-do' attitude.
- Intellectual curiosity and passion for learning.
- Strong interest in fine watchmaking and the art of living.
- Proficiency in English is desirable.

Previous experience in sales within a luxury boutique or high-end hospitality environment is required. Initial experience in personnel management is advantageous.
