1. Support the Boutique Manager in daily operations and management of the boutique.
2. Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of luxury retail experience.
3. Assist in managing inventory and stock levels to optimize sales.
4. Contribute to achieving sales targets and business objectives.
5. Coordinate and supervise the boutique team to ensure smooth operations.
6. Facilitate training and development of boutique staff.
7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.

1. Previous experience in luxury retail management or a similar role.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury watch market.
3. Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
