1. Oversee and coordinate internal and external scheduling of the workshop, ensuring adherence to commitments.
2. Manage the administrative activities of the workshop, including metal management, order processing, and subcontractor operations.
3. Plan and schedule production in collaboration with workshop managers, balancing internal and external capacities.
4. Construct and manage the workshop budget in conjunction with the Finance Control department.
5. Ensure compliance with inventory and procedural standards.
6. Integrate and adapt the NéoFugu tool as the workshop's reference system.
7. Lead RJC/COC certification and audits.
8. Guarantee the implementation of HSE strategy in coordination with general services.
9. Coordinate cross-functional projects and manage the team effectively.
