1. Oversee the administrative operations of the workshop, including metal management and compliance with financial controls.
2. Manage production orders and workshop launch kits.
3. Coordinate after-sales service, entrusted items, and dismantled pieces.
4. Supervise subcontractor operations, including quotations and billing.
5. Plan and schedule production loads in collaboration with workshop managers.
6. Balance internal capacities with subcontractor capabilities.
7. Participate in value analysis to evaluate partners.
8. Monitor production stages in accordance with established workflows.
9. Develop and manage the workshop budget in collaboration with financial control.
10. Ensure inventory accuracy and adherence to procedures.
11. Integrate and adapt the NéoFugu tool as the workshop's reference system.
12. Lead RJC/COC certification and audits.
13. Ensure compliance with HSE strategy in coordination with general services.
14. Coordinate cross-functional projects.
15. Provide leadership and management within the workshop.
