1. Assist in the implementation of a Facility Management software, including configuration for service providers and user engagement.
2. Design and oversee office renovation projects, ensuring alignment with BREEM certification and Tertiary Decree requirements.
3. Optimize service provider management through drafting specifications, organizing tenders, and selecting partners.
4. Monitor billing processes, including budget preparation and reconciliation of invoices.
5. Provide daily support services to office occupants, managing supplies and responding to requests.
6. Oversee site operations, including maintenance, service contracts, and environmental reporting.
7. Contribute to digitalization projects and develop operational procedures.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Workplace Environment or related field.
2. Comfortable communicating with diverse stakeholders, including colleagues and suppliers.
3. Proficient in handling technical and operational challenges.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general IT competence.
2. Fluency in French and English.
3. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

No prior experience required, but familiarity with workplace environment management is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
