- Assist in the implementation of a Facility Management software, including configuration for service providers and user engagement.
- Design and oversee office renovation projects, ensuring alignment with BREEM certification and Tertiary Decree requirements.
- Optimize service provider management through drafting specifications, organizing tenders, and selecting partners.
- Monitor billing processes, including budget preparation and reconciliation of invoices.
- Provide daily support services to office occupants, managing supplies and responding to requests.
- Oversee site operations, including maintenance, service contracts, and environmental reporting.
- Contribute to digitalization projects and develop operational procedures.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Workplace Environment or related field.
- Comfortable communicating with diverse stakeholders, including colleagues and suppliers.
- Proficient in handling technical and operational challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general IT competence.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
No prior experience required, but familiarity with workplace environment management is advantageous.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
