Boucheron Wholesale Coordinator

- Provide daily administrative assistance to the Sales Manager and shop-in-shop network to optimize sales.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and client communications.
- Serve as the primary support contact for wholesale buyer teams.
- Liaise internally with merchandising, operations, and accounting teams to ensure timely execution of wholesale activities.
- Coordinate sales collateral, training materials, and business development tools, including product and swatch sampling, digital and printed materials, and brand education resources.
- Assist in preparing presentations and proposals for wholesale clients.
- Participate in events, trade shows, and VIP presentations to represent the brand and support sales initiatives.
- Monitor stock levels for wholesale accounts and assist with RTV (Return to Vendor) processes.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and samples to wholesale partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Understanding of and alignment to Boucheron culture and values
- Deep interest in relationships with clients, customer-service oriented
- Training and communication skills
- Analytical and organizational capabilities
- Comprehensive knowledge of client segmentation, database, and client reporting
- Detail-oriented, with a dynamic mindset
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer and presentation skills including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting boxes, moving objects, and transporting supplies as needed to support daily operations
3–5 years of experience in wholesale, retail, or the luxury goods industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
