1. Oversee comprehensive stock management, including inbound stock, stock control, and store replenishment.
2. Supervise inventory across UK stores, managing stock transfers, re-ticketing, and client presentations.
3. Coordinate client repairs and liaise with workshops in the UK and France.
4. Conduct quality control inspections on merchandise received and shipped.
5. Collaborate with customer service and merchandising teams to ensure product availability and seamless High Jewelry rotation.
6. Manage import/export clearance instructions and ensure compliance with Brexit regulations.
7. Support logistics for non-valuable shipments and manage customs documentation.
8. Facilitate e-commerce operations, including sales processing and refunds.
9. Assist the Press Relations team with product logistics for photo shoots and events.
10. Engage with UK boutiques and attend monthly meetings with UK Directors.

1. Previous experience as a stock manager in a luxury retail environment.
2. Familiarity with Brexit regulations and customs procedures.
3. Experience in jewelry and luxury retail.
4. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in stock management within the luxury retail sector is required.
