Boucheron UK Stock Manager

- Oversee comprehensive stock management, including inbound stock, stock control, and store replenishment.
- Supervise inventory across UK stores, managing stock transfers, re-ticketing, and client presentations.
- Coordinate client repairs and liaise with workshops in the UK and France.
- Conduct quality control inspections on merchandise received and shipped.
- Collaborate with customer service and merchandising teams to ensure product availability and seamless High Jewelry rotation.
- Manage import/export clearance instructions and ensure compliance with Brexit regulations.
- Support logistics for non-valuable shipments and manage customs documentation.
- Facilitate e-commerce operations, including sales processing and refunds.
- Assist the Press Relations team with product logistics for photo shoots and events.
- Engage with UK boutiques and attend monthly meetings with UK Directors.
- Previous experience as a stock manager in a luxury retail environment.
- Familiarity with Brexit regulations and customs procedures.
- Experience in jewelry and luxury retail.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively.
- Strong organizational and methodological skills.
- Excellent team spirit and adaptability.
- Attention to detail and precision in managing stock and logistics.
- Proficiency in managing customs documentation and compliance.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in stock management within the luxury retail sector is required.
