Boucheron Transport Administrative Manager

- Manage the administrative aspects of the transport department.
- Ensure the production and dispatch of necessary documents for the transport department's operations.
- Ensure supplier invoices are recorded and processed in a timely manner.
- Participate in the monitoring and management of product transport operations within a team of three.
- Verify and send transport letters for both high-value and non-value shipments.
- Prepare export documents, including certificates of origin, ATR, ATA carnets, letters of credit, etc.
- Retrieve and send proofs of delivery for shipments.
- Manage the tracking table for sensitive shipments.
- Create labels for express shipments (UPS, DHL, FedEx).
- Create return labels for press shipments (Webshipping and express couriers).
- Maintain contact with express service customer services.
- Monitor e-commerce shipments and contact customer service in case of issues.
- Track Chronopost parcels daily and contact customer service if needed.
- Validate transport invoices.
- Enter invoices into the billing tracking table.
- Respond to supplier billing inquiries.
- Participate in logistics events such as inventory and preparation for commercial events.
- Training and/or experience in logistics, import-export, with a mastery of Incoterms and a good understanding of transport flows.
- Basic knowledge of customs operations is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills for frequent contact with freight forwarders, internal and external clients, and international subsidiaries.
- Rigorous and organized with the ability to inspect documents precisely and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Proficiency in written English, ideally spoken as well.

Experience in logistics or import-export is required, with an understanding of Incoterms and transport flows.
