- Develop and structure educational content in collaboration with internal teams such as Product Marketing, Communication, Heritage, and 360 Marketing.
- Design training modules focused on product knowledge, history, craftsmanship, and the brand's DNA.
- Adapt content to micro-learning standards, ensuring it is concise, impactful, visual, and accessible on digital platforms.
- Create and manage a production schedule for training modules, aligning with marketing calendars and commercial milestones.
- Ensure timely availability of content for field teams.
- Engage with markets to understand needs, gather feedback, and propose adjustments to enhance training relevance and impact.
- Evaluate module effectiveness through completion rates and qualitative feedback, implementing improvements as necessary.
- Collaborate closely with the second Retail Training Project Manager and internal departments to ensure content synergy and coherence.
- Actively participate in coordination meetings to maintain a shared vision of ongoing projects.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product training design or educational content development, preferably in the luxury or jewelry sector.
- Strong knowledge of digital training environments and micro-learning methodologies.
- Ability to structure information with editorial precision and narrative skill.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and team coordination.
- Team spirit, proactivity, listening skills, and a field-oriented approach.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
