1. Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's Sustainability strategy and 2025/2030 goals in alignment with business priorities.
2. Assist in the creation and dissemination of internal communication plans and materials related to sustainability initiatives.
3. Support the coordination and activities of the Sustainability Committee Network.
4. Conduct research and monitoring of sustainability practices and trends.

1. Enrollment in a Master's program (CSR, Sustainability, etc.) or equivalent, seeking a 6-month internship.
2. Strong interest and understanding of sustainability, particularly in areas such as responsible mining, nature conservation, circular economy, climate strategy, and decarbonization.
3. Knowledge of project management, coordination, and change management is advantageous.
4. Field experience and involvement in associative work are valued.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
2. Proactive, adaptable, and possessing high integrity.
3. Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
4. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
5. Fluency in French and English.

No specific prior professional experience required, but field experience and associative work are valued.

Master's student in CSR, Sustainability, or related field.
