- Monitor and optimize stock levels across retail stores to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Ensure accurate stock reconciliation and promptly resolve discrepancies, implementing preventive measures.
- Collaborate with headquarters to forecast demand and manage stock replenishment.
- Support new store openings, product launches, and regular model stock reviews with precise planning and timely execution.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to anticipate demand and adjust inventory strategies proactively.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize stock allocation and improve forecasting accuracy.
- Provide timely reporting and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, customs clearance, and ensure compliance with Korean regulations.
- Manage CARNET stock efficiently, ensuring accurate tracking and timely processing.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to guarantee timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Identify root causes of operational errors and implement robust solutions to eliminate human error.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy across the supply chain.
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or related fields within luxury retail.
- Degree holder.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and Anaplan.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build sustainable relationships internally and externally.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Korean.
- Highly organized, strategic, and commercially driven with a passion for product excellence.
- Ability to work independently with responsibility and diligence.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills under uncertainty.
A minimum of 7 years in supply chain, logistics, or business administration within the luxury retail sector is required.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
