1. Ensure product availability within required quantities and timelines, adhering to budget constraints.
2. Manage internal and external client orders through the logistics provider.
3. Guarantee the quality of commercial service delivered to clients.
4. Forecast and account for seasonal or special events such as store openings and seasonal displays.
5. Develop needs calculations and purchase proposals.
6. Plan and execute purchase orders, and monitor supplier receipts and invoices.
7. Serve as the primary interface for internal and external clients regarding the entire order flow, including logistics, transport, and invoicing.
8. Participate in cross-functional transformation projects.

1. Fluency in English is mandatory.
2. Proficiency in an ERP system, with Infor M3 being advantageous.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Autonomous and rigorous work ethic.
5. Strong communication skills.
