1. Advanced degree (Master's level) in Quality, Engineering, or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in supplier quality assurance, preferably within the luxury, jewelry, or manufacturing industries involving subcontracting.
3. Proficiency in quality tools (FMEA, SPC, etc.) and auditing.
4. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and rigor.
5. Professional proficiency in English.
6. Willingness to travel regularly within Europe.
