1. Lead quality management focused on external partners.
2. Implement and monitor quality performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Facilitate and support suppliers in their continuous improvement efforts.
4. Organize and conduct supplier audits.
5. Manage non-conformities and quality alerts.
6. Oversee corrective action plans and coordinate quality issue resolutions.
7. Develop and maintain quality-related procedures within the Maison.

1. Advanced degree (Master's level) in Quality, Engineering, or equivalent.
2. Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in supplier quality assurance, preferably within the luxury, jewelry, or manufacturing industry with subcontracting.
3. Proficiency in quality tools (FMEA, SPC, etc.) and auditing.
4. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and rigor.
5. Professional proficiency in English.
6. Willingness to travel regularly within Europe.
