1. Oversee architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality, schedule, contractual, and budgetary goals.
2. Gather initial information from corporate and local stakeholders to develop designs aligned with commercial requirements.
3. Engage with landlords' architectural teams to obtain necessary technical information.
4. Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate locations and estimate budgets and timelines.
5. Collaborate with the Finance Department to finalize budgets and forecasts.
6. Work with the Procurement Department to identify negotiating strategies.
7. Prepare preliminary drawings in accordance with regional briefs and design codes, organizing internal reviews with involved teams.
8. Maintain client relations and participate in the selection of architectural or engineering consultants.
9. Organize and manage bidding processes for general and millwork contractors, evaluating tender documents and coordinating work assignments.
10. Collaborate with the Legal Department to finalize contracts.
11. Validate construction documents and assume responsibility for final plans, specifications, and material approvals.
12. Supervise and coordinate all architectural and construction activities related to new or renovated boutiques.
13. Prepare and regularly update Capex and Cost Reports throughout project development.
14. Oversee all direct orders and ensure consistency with project concepts from preliminary to construction phases.
15. Visit construction sites to ensure quality and compliance, preparing reports from setting-out to completion.
16. Collect as-built drawings and finalize financial account closures.

1. Over 5 years of relevant retail project management experience within a luxury international company of similar complexity.
2. Degree in Architecture or related Engineering fields.

1. Proficiency in Autocad 2D/3D, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Strong budget management and negotiation skills.
3. Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
4. Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
5. Ability to multitask and transition between design creativity and administrative management.
6. Strong decision-making skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
7. Fluency in English; proficiency in French and other languages is advantageous.

Over 5 years of applicable retail project management experience within a comparable luxury international company or similar complexity.

Degree in Architecture or related Engineering fields.
