- Oversee architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality, schedule, contractual, and budgetary goals.
- Gather initial information from corporate and local stakeholders to develop designs aligned with commercial requirements.
- Engage with landlords' architectural teams to obtain necessary technical information.
- Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate locations and estimate budgets and timelines.
- Collaborate with the Finance Department to finalize budgets and forecasts.
- Work with the Procurement Department to identify negotiating strategies.
- Prepare preliminary drawings in accordance with regional briefs and design codes, organizing internal reviews with involved teams.
- Maintain client relations and participate in the selection of architectural or engineering consultants.
- Organize and manage bidding processes for general and millwork contractors, evaluating tender documents and coordinating work assignments.
- Collaborate with the Legal Department to finalize contracts.
- Validate construction documents and assume responsibility for final plans, specifications, and material approvals.
- Supervise and coordinate all architectural and construction activities related to new or renovated boutiques.
- Prepare and regularly update Capex and Cost Reports throughout project development.
- Oversee all direct orders and ensure consistency with project concepts from preliminary to construction phases.
- Visit construction sites to ensure quality and compliance, preparing reports from setting-out to completion.
- Collect as-built drawings and finalize financial account closures.
- Over 5 years of relevant retail project management experience within a luxury international company of similar complexity.
- Degree in Architecture or related Engineering fields.
- Proficiency in Autocad 2D/3D, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong budget management and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
- Ability to multitask and transition between design creativity and administrative management.
- Strong decision-making skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French and other languages is advantageous.
Over 5 years of applicable retail project management experience within a comparable luxury international company or similar complexity.
Degree in Architecture or related Engineering fields.
