- Define and execute the boutique's commercial action plan to maximize sales and meet or exceed sales and KPI targets.
- Identify and leverage new business opportunities to build a strong client base and enhance brand presence.
- Conduct regular performance analysis of the boutique and team against KPIs to refine the action plan.
- Ensure exceptional client experiences to build brand advocacy.
- Monitor local market trends and competition to inform strategic actions.
- Foster strong relationships with Printemps personal shopping management and sales team to maximize sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement a dedicated action plan for high-value transactions and recruitment of high-potential prospects.
- Represent the brand at high jewelry events and with top clients and partners.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the team to create a positive, results-oriented work environment.
- Set and monitor collective and individual performance targets.
- Support and coach team members, identifying training needs and developing individual action plans.
- Organize team schedules efficiently according to business needs.
- Conduct recruitment interviews and source talent to ensure business continuity.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, ensuring adherence to Boucheron's retail excellence guidelines.
- Engage in proactive CRM activities to drive client acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- Resolve significant customer issues and challenge processes to enhance effectiveness.
- Oversee boutique operations, including visual displays, stock replenishment, and maintenance.
- Optimize store operations to minimize costs and ensure compliance with security and operational procedures.
- Manage seasonal orders, merchandising, and inventory control.
- Coordinate VIP and special requests with the retail buying office.
- Collaborate with the Europe operations team and other France store directors to ensure smooth local management.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in a luxury retail environment with high-end transactions.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years in a store or team management position, depending on business size.
- Fluent in French and English; additional language proficiency preferred.
- Strong commercial drive and results-oriented mindset.
- Dynamic, agile, and flexible to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial mentality with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for client satisfaction and team development.
8 to 10 years of experience in luxury retail with a focus on high-end transactions, including 3 to 5 years in a management role.
