Boucheron Store Director

- Define and execute the boutique's strategic and financial roadmap in collaboration with the Brand Director and headquarters.
- Develop and monitor short- and long-term plans and budgets to ensure agility, performance, and sustainable growth.
- Lead the boutique's commercial action plan to maximize sales performance and achieve or exceed sales and KPI targets.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the audience and client base.
- Define and execute strategic initiatives to support high-value transactions in the Fine and High Jewelry segments.
- Lead, inspire, and develop the boutique management team, ensuring clarity of roles and alignment with strategic priorities.
- Deliver an outstanding client experience within the boutique, ensuring every interaction reflects the Maison's standards of excellence.
- Ensure full compliance with the Maison's and Group's policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Minimum of 18 years of experience in a retail luxury environment with high-end transactions.
- Experienced leader with a minimum of 8 to 10 years in a store or team management position.
- Experience in managing a flagship or high-profile boutique is a strong asset.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Strong commercial drive and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Dynamic, agile, and flexible to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of diplomacy and representation.
- Entrepreneurship mentality.
Minimum of 18 years in retail luxury environments, with extensive experience in high-end transactions and at least 8 to 10 years in a store or team management position.
