- Develop and implement the boutique's commercial action plan to maximize sales and meet or exceed sales and KPI targets.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the client base and enhance brand presence.
- Conduct regular performance analyses to refine the annual action plan.
- Ensure exceptional client experiences to foster brand advocacy.
- Monitor local market trends and competition to inform strategic actions.
- Cultivate relationships with mall management and explore business opportunities.
- Create and execute strategies for high-value transactions and client recruitment.
- Represent the brand at high jewelry events and with top clients and partners.
- Lead, empower, and motivate the team to achieve business goals in a positive work environment.
- Set and monitor collective and individual performance targets.
- Support and coach team members, identifying training needs.
- Organize efficient team planning according to business needs.
- Conduct recruitment interviews and source talent for business continuity.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, ensuring adherence to retail excellence guidelines.
- Engage in proactive CRM to drive client acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- Resolve customer issues and challenge processes for effectiveness.
- Oversee boutique animation and daily operations, including visual displays and stock management.
- Optimize store operations to minimize costs and ensure compliance with security procedures.
- Manage seasonal orders, merchandising, and inventory control.
- Coordinate VIP and special requests with the retail buying office.
- Collaborate with European operations and liaise with other store directors.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in a luxury retail environment with high-end transactions.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years in a store or team management role.
- Strong commercial drive and results-oriented mindset.
