- Define and implement the boutique's commercial action plan to maximize sales and achieve sales and KPI targets.
- Identify and leverage new business opportunities to expand the client base and enhance brand presence.
- Conduct regular performance analysis to refine action plans and improve boutique and team performance.
- Ensure exceptional client experiences to foster brand advocacy.
- Monitor local market trends and competition to inform strategic actions.
- Cultivate relationships with mall management and personal shopping teams to maximize sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies for high-value transactions and recruitment of high-potential prospects.
- Represent the brand at high jewelry events and maintain ambassadorial relationships with top clients and partners.

- Set and monitor collective and individual targets, providing coaching and identifying training needs.
- Organize team schedules efficiently to meet business demands.
- Conduct recruitment interviews and source talent for business continuity.
- Ensure adherence to Boucheron's retail excellence guidelines and lead by example in customer service.
- Engage in proactive CRM to drive client acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- Oversee boutique operations, including visual displays, stock replenishment, and store maintenance.
- Optimize store operations to minimize costs and ensure compliance with security and operational procedures.
- Manage seasonal orders, merchandising, and inventory control.
- Coordinate VIP and special requests with the retail buying office.
- Collaborate with European operations and other store directors for seamless management.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in a luxury retail environment with high-end transactions.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in store or team management.
- Strong commercial acumen and results-oriented mindset.
- Passion for client satisfaction and service excellence.
- Dynamic, agile, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial mentality with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are preferred.
