1. Design impactful boutique concepts rooted in local culture for international store openings, ensuring commercial viability and adherence to briefs and construction constraints.
2. Research creative resources from Boucheron's archives and the history of design, art, and architecture to enrich storytelling, including material research and moodboard creation.
3. Update the architectural charter of the concept and its applications, maintaining high standards of creativity and precision.
4. Design and develop furniture, finishes, and detailed design and architectural elements.
5. Lead the research and acquisition of artworks for boutiques, managing administrative aspects.
6. Guide architects and designers in developing projects with a focus on sustainable development.
7. Define action plans for the Store Design department aligned with the Maison's decarbonization goals.
8. Manage and coordinate boutique projects with Store Planning teams (HQ and subsidiaries).
9. Develop store plans and oversee APS, APD documents, and 3D images for various project phases, preparing and revising drawings for each stage delivered to the Boutique Committee.
10. Study technical and architectural details to optimize production and installation timelines with consultants, suppliers, and contractors.
11. Collaborate with external consultants (suppliers, lighting designers, concept architects, prototypes) to ensure timely project delivery.

1. Degree in architecture, interior design, or applied arts school.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury design.
3. Fluent in French and English (Italian is a plus).

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and a modeling software (Rhino, Blender, or Keyshot).

A minimum of 5 years in luxury design is required.
