Boucheron Store Design Intern

- Assist the architecture and design team in developing projects related to architectural guidelines, furniture, and accessories with a focus on sustainability and carbon footprint calculations.
- Monitor the carbon footprint evolution of Boucheron boutiques, incorporating new methodologies and emission factors.
- Support carbon footprint calculations and action plan definitions for the store design department.
- Create moodboards through extensive aesthetic image research that reflect design intent.
- Model new furniture and retail spaces in alignment with ongoing projects to enhance design choices.
- Encourage and support the team in utilizing AI for design practices, from conception to technical drawing, integrating AI tools to facilitate tasks and push creative boundaries.
- Manage the distribution of materials and prototypes to various international markets and suppliers.
- Serve as the contact point for interior decoration suppliers and manage their stock dedicated to stores.
- Participate in organizing committees, creating presentations, and drafting meeting minutes.
- Degree in architecture, interior design, applied arts, fine arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in reading plans, technical drawing, and knowledge of interior materials.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and a modeling software such as Rhino, Blender, or Keyshot.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Curiosity and interest in contemporary creation with a strong general culture.
- Sensitivity to materials and aesthetic finishes typical of store design.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Organizational skills, reliability, commitment, rigor, and consistency.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Adaptability and ability to navigate complex environments with responsiveness.
Previous experience in a design-related role is preferred, particularly within the luxury retail sector.
Degree in architecture, interior design, applied arts, fine arts, or a related field.
