1. Support and manage retail team operations in department store environments.
2. Oversee security tools and back-office security, including cash management.
3. Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.
4. Compile daily sales data and prepare sales and traffic reports.
5. Maintain employee attendance records and update system data.
6. Manage expense reconciliation, including asset management, payment requests, tax filings, purchase invoices, and bank journal entries, in coordination with the finance department.
7. Oversee invoice and document management.
8. Handle product repair processes, including approval of repair estimates, lead-time updates, returns, and invoice issuance.
9. Ensure store maintenance and upkeep.
10. Manage orders for store uniforms, stationery, and packaging materials.
11. Serve as the in-store contact point for third-party interactions.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support/management within a foreign company in the retail industry, preferably in the luxury sector.
2. Preferred experience in retail store support and operations.
3. Proficiency in MS Office.
4. Experience with ERP and SAP programs.
5. Accounting certification is an advantage.
6. Customer-oriented with strong coordination skills, a team player, and reliable.
7. Familiarity with government procedures.
