Boucheron Store Administrator

- Support and manage retail team operations in department store environments.
- Oversee security tools and back-office security, including cash management.
- Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Compile daily sales data and prepare sales and traffic reports.
- Maintain employee attendance records and update system data.
- Manage expense reconciliation, including asset management, payment requests, tax filings, purchase invoices, and bank journal entries, in coordination with the finance department.
- Oversee invoice and document management.
- Handle product repair processes, including approval of repair estimates, lead-time updates, returns, and invoice issuance.
- Ensure store maintenance and upkeep.
- Manage orders for store uniforms, stationery, and packaging materials.
- Serve as the in-store contact point for third-party interactions.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support/management within a foreign company in the retail industry, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Preferred experience in retail store support and operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with ERP and SAP programs.
- Accounting certification is an advantage.
- Customer-oriented with strong coordination skills, a team player, and reliable.
