1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements.
2. Translate business needs into detailed technical and functional specifications.
3. Design solution architectures within the Infor M3 platform, adhering to best practices and standards.
4. Develop integrated and scalable solutions that align with the company's strategic directions.
5. Coordinate with technical teams for the implementation of solutions, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
6. Oversee testing and validation of implemented solutions.
7. Draft, maintain, and ensure the quality of technical and functional documentation.
8. Establish architectural standards and best practices to ensure performance, security, and scalability.
9. Stay informed about Infor M3 platform developments, additional modules, and ERP innovations.
10. Identify opportunities for process and solution improvements to enhance system value and user experience.

1. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in ERP-related roles, with significant experience on the Infor M3 platform.
3. Experience in ERP project management and system architecture is advantageous.
4. TOGAF certification is a plus.
5. Professional proficiency in English.
6. Willingness to travel to various company sites.

1. Excellent knowledge of Infor M3 architecture, data model, core modules, and integration technologies.
2. Proficiency in M3 development and administration tools (LifeCycle Manager, Infor ION, etc.).
3. Understanding of ERP-related technologies (databases, middleware, APIs).
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
6. Client-oriented with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
7. Proactive, autonomous, and initiative-driven.
