Solution Architect M3

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements.
2. Translate business requirements into detailed technical and functional specifications.
3. Design solution architectures in M3 tailored to needs, considering best practices and standards.
4. Develop integrated and scalable solutions respecting existing architecture and strategic directions.
5. Coordinate the work of technical teams for solution implementation.
6. Ensure developments meet specifications and quality standards.
7. Oversee testing and validation of implemented solutions.
8. Draft, maintain, and control the quality of technical and functional documentation.
9. Establish architecture standards and best practices for performance, security, and scalability.
10. Stay informed about Infor M3 platform developments and ERP innovations.
11. Identify opportunities for process and solution improvements in M3.

1. Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
2. At least 8 years of experience in ERP-related roles, with significant experience on the Infor M3 platform.
3. Experience in ERP project management and system architecture is an asset.
4. TOGAF certification is a plus.
5. May require travel to different company sites.
6. Proficiency in professional English.

1. Excellent knowledge of Infor M3 architecture and data model.
2. Mastery of M3 development and administration tools.
3. Understanding of ERP-related technologies.
4. Good understanding of business processes and their translation in M3.
5. Experience in business process modeling and ERP solution design.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
8. Client-oriented with the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
9. Proactivity, autonomy, and initiative.

At least 8 years of experience in ERP-related roles, with significant experience on the Infor M3 platform.
