1. Assist in monthly HR and financial closing tasks.
2. Monitor social KPIs such as headcount, turnover, and movements.
3. Maintain and distribute departmental reports to internal clients.
4. Analyze variances in headcount and payroll against budget.
5. Support during budget review processes, including data entry and consolidation.
6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR Controlling functions, such as account reviews, KPI development, and report automation.
7. Draft usage and best practice processes for internal controlling tools.
8. Support the maintenance and reliability of HR tools.
9. Respond to mandatory legal and group surveys, including INSEE and compensation benchmarks.
10. Provide operational support for various departmental tasks.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or University with a specialization in Management Control or Compensation & Benefits.
2. Proficiency in office tools, particularly Excel.
3. Interest in numbers, HR data, and information systems such as Workday, HFM, and Power BI.
4. Professional proficiency in English.
