Boucheron Senior Training Project Manager – Product & Brand

- Develop educational content by gathering and structuring information in collaboration with internal teams such as Product Marketing, Communication, and Heritage.
- Design training modules focusing on product knowledge, history, craftsmanship, and the brand's DNA, tailored to micro-learning standards.
- Manage the training schedule, ensuring timely production and online availability of modules in alignment with marketing calendars and commercial milestones.
- Engage with market teams to understand needs, gather feedback, and propose adjustments to enhance training relevance and impact.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training modules through completion rates and qualitative feedback, implementing improvements as necessary.
- Collaborate closely with the second Retail Training Project Manager and internal departments to ensure content synergy and coherence.
- Actively participate in coordination meetings to maintain a shared vision of ongoing projects.
- Minimum of 3 years of confirmed experience in designing product training or educational content, preferably within the luxury or jewelry sector.
- Proficient understanding of digital training environments and micro-learning methodologies.
- Ability to structure information with editorial rigor and narrative skill.
- Excellent organizational skills and priority management, ensuring deadlines are met while coordinating with multiple teams.
- Team spirit, proactivity, listening skills, and a field-oriented approach.
- Fluency in both written and spoken French and English.
- Expertise in content creation and structuring information.
