- Act as a brand ambassador, comprehending the company's goals and mission to achieve individual sales targets.
- Strive for exceptional customer service by offering a unique brand experience at all touchpoints.
- Master daily boutique operations and proactively propose improvements.
- Handle sales, operations, customer management, and customer service reception duties.
- Achieve performance expectations in sales KPIs, including annual sales exceeding 100 million yen.
- Execute sales independently, providing an outstanding customer experience within the boutique.
- Implement and personalize Boucheron's selling ceremony, and propose and execute upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Sell items with an average price point of over 2 million yen.
- Address simple customer complaints and negotiation requests efficiently.
- Maintain connections with clients and prospects, utilizing PCRM tools effectively.
- Understand store guidelines and processes, including tax refunds, delivery, hand-carry, cash payments, and security.
- Utilize retail-related IT tools proficiently, such as CEGID and M3.
- Analyze personal performance and develop action plans for growth.
- Possession of jewelry-related certifications such as GIA G.G. or Jewelry Coordinator is advantageous.
