Boucheron Senior Sales Associate

- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the boutique's overall goals.
- Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
- Assist team members in the sales process and perform administrative duties as needed.
- Recruit new clients through networking and attending events, utilizing the entertainment budget effectively.
- Adhere to Boucheron's policies and procedures, including the selling ceremony and ethical guidelines.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Boucheron's history and creations, offering clients the highest standard of service.
- Ensure the boutique's appearance aligns with brand guidelines, including visual merchandising and atmosphere.
- Participate actively in team meetings, events, and contribute to a positive team spirit.
- Manage stock responsibly and contribute to morning briefs with new ideas and information.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury sector.
- Demonstrated ability in business development and client recruitment.
- Experience in a luxury service role with direct customer interaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Proactive in initiating contact and communication.
Strong previous experience in a similar role within the luxury sector, particularly in face-to-face customer service.
