- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to boutique targets.
- Develop and retain clientele, assisting team members in the sales process.
- Recruit new clients by attending events and networking.
- Apply Boucheron policies and procedures, maintaining brand standards.
- Enhance the boutique's appearance and participate in team activities.
- Perform administrative duties and contribute to stock management.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Strong previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience in a luxury service role with face-to-face customer contact.
- Business development skills, particularly in recruiting VIP clients.
- Ability to adapt to frequent change and a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to initiate contact and communication.
Strong previous experience in a similar role, particularly in luxury service with face-to-face customer contact.
