1. Provide legal guidance and support to all departments of the House, including Commercial, Marketing, Communication, Operations, IT, CRM, and Store Design Planning.
2. Draft, analyze, and negotiate a variety of contracts in both French and English, including commercial, supply chain, IT, marketing, communication, and real estate agreements.
3. Manage pre-litigation and litigation matters.
4. Conduct legal monitoring, draft legal notes, and train operational teams.
5. Develop and implement contract processes and templates.
6. Maintain and update departmental tracking tools.

1. Hold a Master's degree in Business Law with over 8 years of experience in a law firm or corporate setting within an international environment.

1. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
2. Meticulous, organized, with strong priority and deadline management skills.
3. Autonomous and versatile.
4. Strong business acumen, solution-oriented, and proactive.
5. Curious, proactive, and pedagogical.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in an international and multicultural context.
7. Proficient in IT tools.

Over 8 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, preferably within an international context.

Master's degree in Business Law.
