1. Provide a warm and luxurious welcome to clientele, ensuring exceptional customer care.
2. Serve beverages and manage client waiting times in the boutique.
3. Conduct boutique tours and provide information with discretion and respect.
4. Support salespersons during product presentations and adapt to unique client requests.
5. Package items, create gift wraps, and prepare certificates with attention to detail.
6. Contribute to store setup and maintain adherence to Boucheron guidelines.
7. Handle Point-of-Sale (POS) and beverage replenishment orders efficiently.
8. Implement safety rules within the boutique and collaborate with Back Office and Customer Service teams.
9. Capture photos of items following House guidelines.

1. 1 year of proven experience in jewelry retail sales.

4. Fluency in English; proficiency in multiple languages is appreciated.
