- Synthesize weekly business reports and remote boutique experiences.
- Prepare monthly reports summarizing Retail Europe and WHS activities.
- Consolidate partner sales data for the region.
- Provide ad-hoc sales performance reports by salesperson and boutique.
- Monitor and regulate commercial expenses for boutiques, including gifts, travel, supplies, and uniforms.
- Ensure accurate processing of invoices and expense reports for the Retail department.
- Assist in the implementation of the uniform project in boutiques.
- Update the network procedures guide.
- Prepare integration programs for new sales associates.
- Develop sales support tools for boutiques, including product presentations.
- Participate in organizing Retail department events such as Managers Meetings and sales training.
- Conduct market studies and prepare country-specific prospecting.
- Monitor monthly competitive intelligence in commercial, marketing, and communication areas.
- Support sales managers with daily operational needs, including document preparation and shipment tracking.
- Master's degree (M1 or M2) from a Business School or University.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Dynamic and energetic with a proactive approach to advancing projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and versatility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Fluency in English.
- Analytical skills for business report synthesis.
- Organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and projects.
- Communication skills for effective interaction with boutique staff and stakeholders.
- Technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Market research and competitive analysis skills.
No specific experience required, but a strong work ethic and proactive attitude are essential.
Master's degree in Business or related field.
