Boucheron Sales Operations Assistant

- Conduct business analysis including the synthesis of weekly reports and remote boutique experiences.
- Prepare monthly reports summarizing Retail Europe and WHS activities.
- Consolidate partner sales data within the designated zone.
- Provide ad-hoc sales performance reports by seller and boutique.
- Oversee commercial expenses for boutiques, including gifts, travel, supplies, and uniforms.
- Manage invoices and expense reports for the Retail department.
- Assist in the implementation of uniform projects within boutiques.
- Update the network procedure guide.
- Prepare integration programs for new sales associates.
- Develop sales support tools for boutiques, including product presentations.
- Participate in organizing Retail department events such as Managers Meetings and sales training.
- Visit boutiques to address various requests.
- Conduct market studies and prepare country-specific prospecting.
- Monitor monthly competitive intelligence in commercial, marketing, and communication sectors.
- Support sales managers with daily operational needs, including document preparation, product availability, and shipment tracking.
- Master's degree in Business or related field from a recognized institution.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Dynamic, energetic, and autonomous with a proactive approach to advancing projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Versatility in handling various tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets.
- Fluency in English.
No specific experience required, but a strong academic background and relevant skills are essential.
Master's degree in Business or related field.
Internship duration of 6 months starting April 28, 2025.
