Boucheron Sales Operations Assistant

- Conduct business analysis, including synthesizing weekly reports and preparing monthly activity reports for Retail Europe and WHS.
- Consolidate partner sales data for the designated region and provide ad-hoc sales performance reports by seller and boutique.
- Monitor commercial expenses for boutiques, including gifts, travel, supplies, and uniforms.
- Manage invoices and expense reports for the Retail department.
- Assist in the implementation of uniform projects in boutiques and update the network procedure guide.
- Prepare integration programs for new sales associates and develop sales support tools, including product presentations.
- Participate in organizing Retail department events such as Managers Meetings and sales training sessions.
- Conduct market studies and prepare country-specific prospecting.
- Maintain monthly competitive intelligence on commercial, marketing, and communication fronts.
- Support sales managers in daily operations, including document preparation, product availability, and shipment tracking.
- Master's degree in Business or related field
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Dynamic, energetic, and proactive with excellent interpersonal skills
- Responsible and versatile
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets
