Boucheron Sales Operations Assistant Intern

- Conduct comprehensive analysis of weekly reports.
- Prepare monthly reports and summaries of Retail & Wholesale activities for France & Southern Europe.
- Generate ad-hoc sales performance reports by salesperson and boutique.
- Oversee and process business introducers' commissions.
- Manage invoices and expense reports for the Retail department.
- Coordinate customer refunds in collaboration with the accounting department.
- Participate in retail excellence projects and manage boutique uniforms.
- Develop integration programs for new sales associates.
- Create sales support tools for boutiques.
- Assist in organizing Retail department events such as Managers Meetings and sales associate training.
- Engage with Retail boutiques and Wholesale partners to address inquiries.
- Master's degree (M1 or M2) from a business school or university.
- Dynamic, committed, and capable of working independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative spirit.
- Responsible and reliable.
- Versatile and adaptable to various contexts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations and Excel proficiency.
- Fluency in French (spoken and written) is essential.
- Proficiency in English is appreciated.
