- Conduct comprehensive analyses of weekly and monthly sales reports for the Retail & Wholesale sectors in France and Southern Europe.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and syntheses for individual sales associates and boutiques.
- Oversee the management and processing of business introducer commissions.
- Regulate invoices and expense reports within the Retail department.
- Coordinate customer reimbursements in collaboration with the accounting department.
- Contribute to various retail excellence projects and manage boutique uniform logistics.
- Develop integration programs for new sales associates.
- Create sales support tools for boutiques.
- Assist in organizing Retail department events such as Managers Meetings and Sales Training sessions.
- Engage with Retail boutiques and Wholesale partners to address inquiries and requests.
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Business or a related field from a reputable institution.
- Dynamic, committed, and capable of working independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
- Versatile with the ability to adapt to diverse environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets.
- Fluency in French (oral and written) is essential.
