- Lead retail campaigns and manage core boutique operations.
- Develop and implement action plans to achieve commercial targets, focusing on both qualitative and quantitative aspects.
- Administer sales processes and manage overall turnover to optimize boutique productivity and profitability.
- Provide sales forecasts for new product launches and analyze sales results to offer qualitative feedback.
- Monitor and analyze competitors' sales performance and promotional activities.
- Maintain and enhance customer relationships through brand events and product launch animations.
- Develop customer databases through joint events and promotions with landlords.
- Manage customer claims and improve boutique service quality through effective CRM events.
- Gather market intelligence and maintain strong relationships with landlords to support business opportunities.
- Manage and motivate store teams to ensure job satisfaction and team cohesion.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury products and industry standards.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in sales management.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Proficiency in English at a business level.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of the selling process and customer behavior.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to manage and develop teams effectively.
